With more than a decade of experience in the legal field and over 20 years in accounting and bookkeeping, Roxy Casillas brings a strong foundation of organization, professionalism, and client service to her role as Office Manager at The Law Offices of Veronica M. Aguilar.

Roxy oversees daily office operations, working closely with Attorney Veronica Aguilar and the legal team to ensure the office runs efficiently and clients receive attentive, reliable support. With eight years of experience as a Notary Public and fluency in both English and Spanish, she understands the importance of clear communication and helping clients feel heard, respected, and supported during challenging times.

Outside the office, Roxy enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and staying active. An avid traveler, she especially loves exploring new destinations, experiencing different cultures, and discovering new foods.

Dawn

As a Paralegal at The Law Offices of Veronica M. Aguilar, Dawn supports the attorney in managing legal processes efficiently while maintaining organized, accurate case records.

Her responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing case materials, maintaining files, and monitoring deadlines. She also assists with financial documentation and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and summarizing cases.

Serving as a liaison between the attorney and clients, Dawn facilitates communication, gathers information, and provides case updates. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help ensure cases progress efficiently and clients remain informed throughout the legal process.

As Legal Services Coordinator at The Law Offices of Veronica M. Aguilar, Lilly supports daily operations and helps ensure a positive, organized experience for every client.

Her responsibilities include managing client communications, scheduling consultations, coordinating court appearances, and assisting with hearing preparation. With eight years of experience as an HOA Community Manager, Lilly brings strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to her role. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is committed to helping clients feel heard, respected, and supported.

Outside the office, Lilly enjoys baking, exploring new recipes, and spending quality time with family and friends. She especially loves sharing homemade treats and creating meaningful memories with those closest to her.
